The short version: your financial data exists to serve you. We never sell it, and we collect only what the product needs to work.

What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes.
Financial data you add. Wallets, transactions, budgets, categories, and the receipt images or statements you upload. This data is yours — we store it to show it back to you.
Device and session data. Basic device information (platform, browser, approximate location and timezone) attached to each session so you can recognize and revoke devices, and so we can alert you to suspicious sign-ins.
How we use it
To run the product: displaying your dashboard, pacing your budgets, sending the alerts you enable, and processing the receipts and statements you submit through our AI intake so they come back as draft transactions for your confirmation.
AI processing happens on your behalf and only on the documents you explicitly submit. AI output is always a draft — nothing is written to your finances without your confirmation.
What we never do
- Sell your personal or financial data. To anyone. Ever.
- Use your financial data for advertising or profiling.
- Let AI act on your money without your explicit confirmation.
Where your data lives
Structured records are stored in our encrypted primary database. Receipt and statement files live in isolated object storage tied to your account; their metadata and ownership stay in the primary database. All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You can correct your data in the app at any time, export it (Pro), and request full deletion of your account and every record attached to it by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days.
