The service

AI Budget is a personal finance tracker: wallets, transactions, budgets, analytics, and AI-assisted intake of receipts and statements. The service is in early access— features evolve quickly and occasional rough edges are part of the deal. We’ll always tell you about breaking changes.

Your account

You need an account to use AI Budget. Keep your credentials to yourself, use the device controls in Settings → Security if something looks off, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use AI Budget for personal finance tracking. Don’t probe or disrupt the service, attempt to access other people’s data, resell access, or upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to process.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free forever. Pro is a monthly subscription; during early access, purchase completes in the AI Budget mobile app and unlocks Pro across web and mobile. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Downgrading never deletes your data.

Your data

Your financial data remains yours — see the privacy policy for exactly what we collect and why. You can request account deletion at any time.

Not financial advice

AI Budget organizes and visualizes the numbers you give it. Its outputs — including AI-generated categorizations and insights — are informational only and are not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Liability

AI Budget is provided “as is” during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced in the app with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
